1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellations: If you cancel your service more than 24 hours before the scheduled date, you will not be charged. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations on the same day or once on-site will incur a 100% charge.
Service Issues: If there are significant technical or service-related issues on our part that prevent the completion or quality of the video service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Completed Services: Once a video service is completed and delivered to the client, refunds will not be granted. We encourage clients to review all deliverables at the time of receipt to ensure satisfaction.
Client Delays or Absences: If the service is disrupted due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, be available, or meet agreed-upon timelines, no refund will be issued.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@socallegalvideo.com or call 213-973-3529‬. In your request, please provide:

Your name and contact information
The date of service
A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund request

We will review your request within 5 business days and inform you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, such as partial completion of services or minor issues with deliverables, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
